The purpose of Homeward Tails is to alleviate neglect and suffering of animals through: Reducing the population of unwanted animals by low-cost neutering of pets. Providing medical services and permanent living arrangements for domesticated stray animals. Neutering and inoculating feral animals. Educating school children and the general public in the humane treatment of animals. Cooperating with like-minded humane organizations in achieving these goals. Acting in the interest of other purposes which are consistent with Pennsylvania Not for Profit law.
